Today's Guest

Ryan Wright

Ryan is a National Recruiting Analyst for Rivals.com who specializes in the south east region.

Here are the questions we asked Ryan:

• I wanna start with some 5 Star quaterbacks, obviously the biggest name is Arch Manning, nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning, the number 1 recruit in the nation, he shocked some people and went to Texas. We've been hearing about him for years because of the last name, but what type of QB is Texas getting, where does he really shine?

• USC has been creating a lot of buzz after hiring Lincoln Riley and what he brings to the table not only as a coach but as a recruiter, he lands 5 star QB Malachi Nelson, a California kid, Tells us about his game

• The other big program out west of course is Oregon who's been recruiting at a high level especially in recent years under Mario Cristobal, now they bring in Dan Lanning from Georgia as the new head coach and he's off to a great start in recruiting, landing 5 star QB Dante Moore, what kind of player did the Ducks get with him?

• I mentioned former Oregon coach Mario Cristobal, he now takes over at Miami and has made an instant impact in recruiting, including 4 star QB Jaden Rashada, tell us about him and about Cristobal's 1st recruiting class in Miami

• Speaking of new head coaches, Brian Kelly moves on from Notre Dame and Marcus Freeman takes over for him and has the Irish at the top of the class rankings on Rivals.com, who are the big recruits to watch out for in this class?

• I mentioned Brian Kelly, he's now the head coach at LSU and they've moved up the recruiting ranks, what has Kelly been able to do in recruiting for the Tigers to have them positioned as a Top 10 recruiting class?

• Ohio State has been a powerhouse for years now and they bring in another loaded recruiting class that's as good as any in the nation, tell us about the next group of Buckeyes

• Clemson had a down year last season by their high standards but responded with one of the best recruiting classes in the country led by players like DT Peter Woods, and 4 star WR Noble Johnson, tell us about this talented group for the Tigers

• I want to finish with some SEC programs, Texas A&M who has been recruiting at a really high level in recent years finds themselves as only the 53rd ranked class, and 10th in the SEC, what's the story behind Texas A&M's recruiting this year, I'm sure Aggies fans aren't excited to see that ranking on sites like Rivals.com

• Speaking of SEC rankings, the defending National Champion Georgia Bulldogs are ranked 1st in the SEC and 4th nationally. They have a lot of talent in their own backyard and looks like they capitalized on it this year, who are the the ones to watch for the Bulldogs?

• As we know Georgia may be the champs but Alabama is the gold standard in college football and it always starts with recruiting, something Nick Saban and his staff do as well as any program. It looks like they added talent to the secondary and landed QB Eli Holstein who was once a verbal commit to Texas A&M, what can you tell us about this year's class for the Tide?
